Tire Emergency Field Service, On-Site Service, New and Retread Tires

Additional Information

The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, supplies, travel, and labor needed for tire field service and repair of City-owned automotive, truck, and OTR vehicles on an as-needed basis for the duration of this contract. This contract will begin on or about October 1, 2024, for a three-year term with two one-year options. This contract will also serve as a resource for the purchase of tires for stock at various service locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation.
