Additional Information

The City is exploring telehealth options to assist with particular low acuity and behavioral concerns within the 9-1-1 dispatch center and a system that can be accessed by PFD units and the Community Assistance Program (CAP). Also, the City is seeking information as to how telehealth Respondents implement technology platforms that integrate across 9-1-1 related technologies such as Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Electronic Patient Care Reporting (EPCR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Health Information Exchange (HIE).
