RE-ADVERTISE: The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Design-Build Team (DB Team) to provide design and construction services for the T4 Infrastructure Vertical and Horizontal Transportation Modernization and Replacement Phase 1 Design-Build project. The project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 4, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard. The estimated total cost for design and construction for this project is $28.5 million over three fiscal years.
