Additional Information

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. The City of Phoenix will improve the area and sports lighting at five local parks using U.S. Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant funds from the 2015 and 2016 federal fiscal years. Central Park lighting replacement consists of removal and installation of four ballfield lighting structures including underground electrical conduit runs. El Prado Park lighting replacement consists of removal and installation of six ballfield lighting structures including underground electrical conduit runs. Nevitt Park lighting replacement consists of removal of 21 poles/lighting structures and installation of 31 lighting structures including concrete foundations; replacement of five interior/exterior light fixtures on the restroom building; and installation of underground electrical conduit to the new lighting structures. Palomino Park lighting replacement consists of removal of 45 poles/lighting structures; installation of 38 lighting structures including concrete foundations; and installation of underground electrical conduit to the new lighting structures. Sweetwater Park lighting replacement consists of removal of 22 poles/lighting structures; installation of 28 lighting structures including concrete foundations; and installation of underground electrical conduit to the new lighting structures.



Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through the ProcurePHX online portal at: https://eprocurement.phoenix.gov/irj/portal.
Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.
