The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for the purchase of Twin-Engine Helicopters for a five-year contract term. The Contractor will supply twin-engine helicopter in accordance with the specifications herein. In addition, the Contractor will manage, oversee completion of mission configuration installation, and provide manufacture training.
