The CITY is seeking a qualified Consultant to assist staff with ongoing research, community and stakeholder engagement, and urban design services to create and develop the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Policy Plans (one for the 1.4 miles Capitol Extension and one for the 9.4 miles I-10 West Extension) and the Equitable Housing Strategy Plan for the entirety of both extensions.
