The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 4 Fire Pump and Service Entrance Section Replacement Construction Manager at Risk project. The purpose of this project is to replace and upgrade the existing Terminal 4 fire pump with two new fire pumps, replace and upgrade portions of the fire water distribution system and fire alarm system, and to replace and upgrade four 3,000-amp service entrance sections in the Terminal 4 main building to comply with current fire and electrical code requirements. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 4, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
