The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, transportation, managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to renovate Falcon Park, located at 3420 West Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. The park renovations include a new playground, picnic ramadas, walking pathways, new basketball courts, restrooms, fitness area, new dugout fencing, area lighting, parking relocation, and landscape and irrigation improvements.
