The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide architectural services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 North Concourse 2 Package No. 3 Airport Concourse project. Services may include program validation, design, and possible construction administration and inspection services. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 3, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $325.8 million. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
