The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 North Concourse 2 Package No. 1 Airfield Services Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. This project consists primarily of the reconstruction/replacement of an airfield vehicle/pedestrian access gate, redevelopment of the American Airlines mail sort facility, and improving the vehicle service roads to provide inter-terminal passenger service between terminals. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 3, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $38.6 million. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.
