The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. Maryvale Parkway Terrace is a Senior Public Housing Property owned and managed by the City of Phoenix Housing Department. The property sits on 2.4 acres and is located at 4545 N. Maryvale Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85031. The property consists of two main buildings, with a total of 108 one-bedroom units; a community center onsite that has offices, bathrooms, kitchen and common space. The property was built in the early 1970’s and has had limited capital improvements completed over the years. The scope of work includes the complete remodel of all 108 one-bedroom units and community center. The rehab will include, but not limited to all new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, appliances, interior doors, flooring, all electrical and plumbing fixtures, new supply and waste plumbing, new fan coil and some electrical upgrades. The community center will receive new paint, flooring, space reconfiguration and windows. Exterior items include the painting of the exterior main building and community center. The project will be constructed in two phases due to residents still residing at the property.
