Planning and Production of Fireworks Events

The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation (Parks) Department is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from firms, groups, or individuals, with expertise in the Planning and Production of firework and pyrotechnic display events. Parks has identified three specific events each year for which fireworks displays are planned but reserves the right to add additional events, as needed. However, at the minimum, the selected proposer will need to provide services for at least the Phoenix Fabulous 4th Event on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
