Additional Information

The City of Phoenix (CITY) requests sealed proposals for a qualified Contractor to assist City staff with ongoing research, community and stakeholder engagement, and urban design services to create and develop two Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Policy Plans (one for the 1.4 miles Capitol Extension and one for the 8.3 miles I-10 West Extension) and an Equitable Housing Strategy Plan for the entirety of both extensions.
