The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration & inspection services to support the City’s Wastewater Collection System Emergency Repair and Replacement Job Order Contract Program. Services include, but are not limited to: quick response to emergency requests, preparing reports and design documents, conducting progress meetings, reviewing contractor submittals, certifying contractor payment applications, preparing record drawings, providing oversight of construction activities, and performing field inspections. Services will be provided citywide. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $50 million.
