The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration and inspection services for the expansion of West Anthem Lift Station 76 to increase the lift station capacity to 2.2 MGD and add odor control facilities. Services include, but are not limited to: conducting progress meetings, reviewing contractor submittals, issuing interpretations and clarifications, certifying contractor payment applications, preparing record drawings, performing oversight of construction activities, performing field inspections, and conducting commissioning.
