Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX, Airport) is seeking proposals from qualified firms firm with subject matter expertise in airport compliance, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, and disability-related issues to ensure Airport contractors and permittees operate in compliance with federal regulations, state and local laws, and Aviation Department rules, regulations, and contractual requirements. The successful Contractor will provide independent monitoring and objective, accurate, and measurable data. Shoppers will be used to assess the airports passenger’s transportation experience, contract compliance with airport rules and regulations, and quality of service.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation.
