Additional Information

The City of Phoenix is seeking a highly qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Rio Reimagined: 3rd Street Rio Salado Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the design engineer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The project is located across the Rio Salado/Salt River along the 3rd Street alignment, from south of University Drive to the existing canal path on the south of Rio Salado. The estimated construction cost is $23 million.
