The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified consultant teams to provide Construction Administration and Inspection (CA&I) services in support of the Pavement Restoration Program Job Order Contract (JOC). Up to two consultants may be selected for this project based on the City’s workload. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $30 million for a three-year period.
