The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the Water Service Department’s Galvanized Service Replacement program. Services may include design and construction administration and inspection services. This project will utilize federal funds through the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26.
