The City of Phoenix is inviting qualified vendors to submit their written statement of qualifications to provide Protective Footwear in compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations to affected City employees, on an as-needed basis, for a five-year period beginning about June 1, 2024, in accordance with the provisions and specifications herein.
