Photography and Videography Services for Public Art and Cultural Events

Phoenix Arts and Culture Department (ACD) seeks to create a qualified vendor's list (QVL) of professional photographers and videographers to work in the Phoenix Metropolitan area to provide photography and videography services on an as-needed basis for a 5-year contract term. When a need for photography or videography services for public artwork (or cultural events) arises, ACD will use the QVL to obtain a quote then issue a Purchase Order to the selected vendor for service. Selected vendors will capture and provide photographs or videos for electronic and hardcopy publications including social media, fact sheets, newsletters, posters, websites, and various other print and digital media. If you have demonstrated experience providing comparable photo documentation or live-event photography/videography services and are interested in this opportunity, you are invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation.
