The City of Phoenix (City), Neighborhood Services Department is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide on-call cost estimating services for the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department. Offeror’s to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the purpose of establishing a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) with experienced professionals that have a proven track record of providing cost estimating services. Offeror will provide Cost Estimating On-Call Services that will be in accordance with the Scope of Work as set forth in Section II – Scope of Work, which may be supplemented with additional detail from time to time during the term of the Agreement, and that are satisfactory to the City. The successful offeror will be expected to have local staff available to conduct site visits and, as needed, in-person project meetings and agency file reviews.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation.
