The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide Aviation Architectural Construction Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services as described below for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, and Phoenix Goodyear Airport. Up to two contractors may be selected for this JOC. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 10% has been established for this project.
