The City of Phoenix (City) is seeking a qualified vendor to perform the removal, processing, and disposal of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) regulated garbage collected from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (Airport) U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) arrivals areas within the International Concourse (IC) (hereinafter referred to as “CBP Arrival Area”).
