The City of Phoenix is seeking up to four qualified consultants to provide technical assistance on-call services on an as-needed basis for citywide private development driven water and wastewater infrastructure projects. All firms, if selected, are prohibited to perform any of the tasks for projects that the same firm is contracted with private developments.
