The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Engineering services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport North Infield Paving and Drainage Improvements project. Services will include design and possible construction administration and inspection services. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated construction cost is $20 million. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
