The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services to prepare an Electric Utility Master Plan (UMP) for the City’s three airports - Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, Phoenix Goodyear Airport, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Services may include assessment, evaluation, inventory, programming, and design. This project may utilize federal funds and is therefore subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
