Additional Information

The City of Phoenix (City) invites proposals to engage citizens, draft, develop and submit the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, the 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, Citizen Participation Plan update and the completion of the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice study in accordance with HUD requirements and in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.
