The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Engineering services for the Scenario 9 Transmission Main Rehabilitation project. Services will include assessment, design and possible construction administration and inspection. The transmission main is located on Roeser Road from 4th Street to 9th Street. The estimated construction cost is $9 million.
