The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services that will include, but not limited to, water main installation of approximately 29,000 LF of Main (500 LF of 4" Main, 20,700 LF of 6" Main, 2,600 LF of 8" Main, 5,200 LF of 12" Main), 45 fire hydrants, 20 Cut and Plugs & 520 Services.

Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through the ProcurePHX online portal at: https://eprocurement.phoenix.gov/irj/portal.
Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail.
