The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 North Concourse 2 Processor Improvements project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 3, 3400 East Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. The estimated construction cost is $125 million.
