912-00 - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,GENERAL INC MAINTENANCE/REPAIR SERVICE
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified construction contractor to perform the project listed below. SCOPE OF WORK This project is located along Indian School Road from 79th Drive to 47th Avenue, approximately four miles. The purpose of this project is to increase the visibility of traffic signal heads and improve driver awareness and compliance to traffic phasing. The project includes furnishing and installing 164 retro-reflective traffic signal heads, mounting assemblies, traffic controls and other ancillary work. This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal of 0.00 percent has been established for this project. The Engineer’s Estimate is $209,700 to $256,300.
