912-00 - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,GENERAL INC MAINTENANCE/REPAIR SERVICE
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Cave Creek Wastewater Reclamation Plant (CCWRP) Rehabilitation Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. A recently completed Condition Assessment and Design Basis Report prepared by Black & Veatch (2019) is available for review for familiarization with the plant and project. These reports can be viewed by appointment only during normal business hours throughout the duration of the advertisement period until 12:00 noon, local time, on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. To make an appointment, please contact Kathleen Lewis at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a 2-hour document viewing appointment. Due to space limitations and physical distancing constraints, a maximum of two individuals will be allowed to attend a viewing appointment. Attendees must provide and wear a face mask at all times. Upon arrival for the viewing appointment, please call (602) 495-5661 to notify the receptionist to provide an escort from the security area to the viewing area. At the end of the viewing, an escort will be provided for the return to the security area to exit the building. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design and construction approach for the project. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $120 Million funded and scheduled to commence in fiscal years 2022/2023 with the plant returning to service in fiscal years 2025/2026.

Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.
