The purpose of the Prostitution Diversion Program is to move such Offenders out of the criminal justice system into a program that combines a comprehensive personal assessment of the Offender with support, training, services, counseling and education, referrals, and other opportunities to help the Offender build a new life upon completion of the Program and avoid returning to a life of prostitution, and at the same time reduce the number of cases in the criminal justice system.
