952-55 - Homelessness Prevention Services
The City of Phoenix, Arizona (the “City”) through its Housing Department (the “HD”) intends to facilitate acquisition with rehabilitation and/or new construction, construction and/or rehabilitation of affordable rental housing by providing financing at very low interest rates. The Phoenix City Council approved housing for homeless populations, special needs populations and/or projects submitted by eligible Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) as priorities for housing resources.
