The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. This project includes rehabilitation of large diameter PVC-lined sanitary sewer pipe, access manholes, and structures throughout the City. Work includes cleaning and debris removal; pre and post CCTV, CIPP lining installation; manhole coating repair, odor mitigation, providing bypass diversion and/or control of sanitary sewage flows and dewatering. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 3% has been established for this project.
