912-00 - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,GENERAL INC MAINTENANCE/REPAIR SERVICE
The City of Phoenix Housing Department is seeking contractors to provide all labor, supervision, licensing, materials, replacement parts, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and incidentals required to perform various services, repairs, modernization, and upgrades for properties owned and operated by the City. Most projects covered under this contract will be Federally Funded, however, there may be projects occasionally that are not.
