The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed below. The FY 2022 CMAQ Alley Dust Proofing Project work will include approximately 193,000 square yards of clearing, grubbing, and subgrade preparation, including removal, hauling, and disposal of deleterious materials and degraded asphalt millings; 474 Tons of single application of Liquid Asphalt (MC-250) & precoated fractured aggregate; weed control; and other miscellaneous items in various alleys within the City of Phoenix. This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract.

Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through the ProcurePHX online portal at: https://eprocurement.phoenix.gov/irj/portal.
Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.
