The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the four ARPA Local Drainage Mitigation projects listed below. These projects are being combined into one package to deliver efficiencies and obtain economies of scale. ST83140119 7th Street & Minnezona ST83140121 North Lane 22nd Street to 24th Street ST83140122 50th Place & Clarendon ST83140123 26th Street & Shea Boulevard The project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of the Federal Regulations under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program. Participation in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program is highly encouraged.
