The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Taxiway A Connectors A3 to A4 Strengthening and Reconstruction 2-Step Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The project site is located at the west end of the north airfield at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $20 million. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.
