The City’s Water Services Department - Water Remote Facilities section oversees engineering services for over 300 facilities located throughout the City’s distribution system. The facilities include, but are not limited to: booster pump stations, production wells, pressure reducing valve stations, reservoirs (steel and concrete), and associated city facilities such as administrative and service yards. The Remote Facilities section coordinates with consultants and contractors on assessments, design and construction activities, minor repairs and improvements, and also provides engineering support for the Remote Facilities operations group as requested, for the facilities identified above. The selected consultants will assist the City and provide engineering services for an initial two-year period with an option for a one-year extension.

Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through the ProcurePHX online portal at: https://eprocurement.phoenix.gov/irj/portal.
Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail.
