The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the North Mountain Park Renovation that include new parking lots, electrical lighting, restrooms, ramadas, play area, pedestrian walkways and native plant pallet landscapes, all set in North Mountain Preserve. Services may include design and possible construction administration and inspection services. This project site is located at 10608 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $20 Million.
