The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional services for a Program Manager for the Force Main Program. Program Manager Services may include researching past assessments and Capital Improvement Projects; reviewing operation and maintenance records; identifying, scheduling, and budgeting Capital Improvement Projects for future fiscal years; and developing assessment and rehabilitation cycles. This project sites are citywide.

Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through the ProcurePHX online portal at: https://eprocurement.phoenix.gov/irj/portal.
Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.
