Contractor(s) shall supply all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, permits, vehicles, transportation, testing and security fees for commercial and residential painting of including exterior, interior, doors, metal, railing, (fascia, siding T1-11, drywall texture, wood post, post bases, Drywall, Baseboard, Wood Trim board etc.) for City owned housing properties located throughout the city of Phoenix.
