The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 4 Central Utility Plant Modernization 2-Step Construction Manager at Risk project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 4, 3800 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated total construction cost for the project is $40 million.
