912-00 - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,GENERAL INC MAINTENANCE/REPAIR SERVICE
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for 19 free-standing shade structures in the public right-of-way to improve walkability in neighborhoods with limited shade coverage. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of Federal Regulations under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program. Participation in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program is highly encouraged. No DBE goal has been established for this project. The City of Phoenix, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252.42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.
