Commercial And Residential Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), And Evaporative Cooler Contracts

Contractor(s) shall supply all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, permits, vehicles, transportation and testing necessary for servicing, maintenance, installation and replacing HVAC systems, digital thermostats and providing evaporative cooler service and maintenance. The Contractor shall ensure equipment and systems operate at peak efficiency and optimal energy efficiencies per the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements for their systems for City owned housing properties located throughout the City of Phoenix. HVAC and evaporative cooler equipment and services will be on an “as required” basis and as specified herein. No commitment of quantities is implied, and the total amount of contract is dictated by available funds. Purchase and installation of new equipment including HVAC units, evaporative coolers, and digital thermostats.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation.
