MUNICIPAL COURT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

The City of Phoenix (City) provides this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the City of Phoenix Municipal Court (PMC, the Court). PMC seeks to improve court operations and services by replacing its current Case Management System (CMS) by selecting and implementing a modern case management system (CMS Replacement). As such, PMC invites submissions of proposals (Offers) for CMS Replacement software and implementation services. For the purposes of this request for proposal (RFP), PMC intends to contract with a commercially viable Offeror that can provide a CMS Replacement, successfully implement and provide continuous training plus support to enable PMC to achieve its overarching mission, “With pride and integrity, we provide equal access to justice, professional and impartial treatment, and the fair and timely resolution of all court matters”.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation.
