The City of Phoenix is seeking residential and commercial maintenance, repair, replacement, and alteration (MRRA) of residential services and commercial/residential appliances repair on an “as needed” basis for a five (5) year period, according to the provisions, specifications, and attachments contained herein. In addition, The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) made Federal, State, and local funding available to provide construction and appliance repair and replacement services to assist eligible homeowners with home repair projects. NSD only intends to contract with companies in each construction category, and work assignments will be rotated.
